How many revisions and reworks are included per email and blog?
Our content and email development processes are simple and straight forward. If you are not satisfied with the content or email we create – we will gladly make any changes until you are satisfied.
As a new client, we’ll begin by developing a test batch for your review. Once that batch is approved we’ll pattern all content and emails after those approved to save time and keep your campaigns agile.
Should I expect additional price changes?
Each Turn-key Solution price is based on the current market value of the services we use to complete the work covered in each turn-key pack.
We do our best to keep our pricing stable for our clients. If any pricing changes, whether increased or decreased, are required to protect the integrity of our work, we notify our clients at least 60 days prior to the next billing cycle.
Before committing to a 6 month contract, can i test drive your Turn-key Solutions?
We offer short-term contracts of 90 days, billed every 30 days. If you request a short term contract we are unable to provide a money back guarantee, as results may vary.
Due to the nature of content and email marketing, our experience tells us that we must provide a minimum of 6 months of consistent service for optimal and sustaining results.

What is your refund policy?
We stand behind our services and your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final unless otherwise noted.
Once you pay for a Turn-key Solution with us, we begin planning, analyzing, researching and conducting competitive analysis for your brand. We also begin writing and developing related content and emails.
